Victor Cabral
I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping clients feel more functional, balanced, and supported in their bodies. My work is rooted in restorative care and focuses on helping people move through pain, tension, stress, and physical discomfort with greater ease. During Myofascial Release (MFR) sessions, I focus on the fascia and connective tissues surrounding the muscles and joints to help reduce restriction, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.
My training integrates both Eastern and Western therapeutic modalities, including Myofascial Release, TMJ trigger point therapy, Thai massage, Swedish massage, Tui Na, Shiatsu, foot reflexology, and aromatherapy. My background in Thai massage also allows me to incorporate assisted stretching and mindful movement into sessions, creating a more comprehensive and integrative experience tailored to each client.
I draw from this well-rounded healing perspective to customize every session based on the unique needs of the individual. Whether you are seeking pain relief, increased flexibility, stress reduction, or a deeper connection with your body, my intention is to create a space that supports both health and well-being with care, presence, and attention.

This approach may help support people experiencing chronic tension, TMJ discomfort, postural imbalances, sciatica, migraines, overuse injuries, stiffness from strength training, limited mobility, repetitive strain patterns, and stress-related tension in the body. Sessions are customized based on your goals, lifestyle, and what your body needs most that day.

Not at all. Sessions are adapted to your comfort level, mobility, and physical condition. The goal is not to force the body, but to gently support greater ease, movement, and balance over time. Many people seek this work specifically because they feel stiff, tight, restricted, or disconnected from their bodies.

Often, recurring pain and tension are connected to deeper compensation patterns within the body, including fascial restrictions, posture, stress patterns, repetitive movement, or limited mobility in surrounding areas. This work focuses not only on the area where discomfort is felt, but also on the underlying patterns contributing to it. By addressing the body more holistically through myofascial release, movement, stretching, and therapeutic bodywork, sessions are designed to create longer-lasting relief and improved function over time.
