A holistic facial massage workshop & sound bath to restore harmony within & without
Many of us hold tension in the face and body when navigating everyday stressors. In these times of disruption, it’s helpful to reconnect to the stillness within, which allows you to rebalance your mind-body and radiate harmony.
Join Sarah Clark, holistic esthetician and craniosacral therapist, and Jo-Anne Suriel, reiki master and sound healer, in a unique multi-modality healing experience designed to support your inner and outer blossoming.
You’ll be instructed on how to soothe and sculpt your facial tissues, supporting healthy fluid movement, decreased inflammation, and increased balance and vitality. With a special focus on the jaw, you’ll learn how to promote healing and radiance using your own hands as well as with a gua sha tool.
Following the self-facial massage workshop, you’ll be led through a guided meditation and reiki-infused sound journey, using singing bowls, gongs, drums, sacred songs, and more. While lying down or in a supported seat, you’ll energetically reconnect to your own innate healing ability through soothing the nervous system and creating space for alignment.
What to bring:

Yoga mat
Eye mask, pillow, or anything else to feel comfortable lying down
Journal and pen (optional)

REIKI MASTER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
IN-PERSON + ONLINE
Are you ready to deepen your practice as a healer or lightworker?
The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:30am-6:30pm.
This Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master training is a combination of the traditional Japanese Usui style, the Western-style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, and Holy Fire® Reiki, introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training®.
This class is appropriate for those wanting to be Reiki Masters who want to deepen their understanding of the system or those who want to increase the flow of their Reiki energies. Many students choose to learn this level for their own healing journey or to give attunements to family, friends, clients, and students although becoming a teacher is not required. It is also excellent training for those who are clear about teaching the system moving forward.
You will learn the following and more:
Advanced spiritual concepts and philosophies
Reiki meditations and group work
Working with master symbols
Working with crystal energy
World Peace Reiki
Receiving and giving attunements for levels I & II and master levels (called experiences, placements and ignitions)
This training is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and hands-on practice time. Class fee includes all training materials including a class manual, supplemental materials, a certificate backed by The International Center for Reiki Training® and The Reiki Membership Association®, on-going mentorship and private events. To qualify to take this class you must have taken Reiki I&II from an accredited class from any linage and practiced Reiki I & II for at least 6 months. Also, you must be able to draw the 3 symbols from Reiki II from memory. At the time of registration, you are required to send in a copies of your Reiki I & II certificate(s).

It includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Japanese Reiki Techniques by Usui Sensei (Founder), western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, and Holy Fire® Reiki introduced by The International Center for Reiki Training®. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. The following topics are covered:
The origin, history and philosophies of The Reiki System of Natural Healing
The nature of energy healing and how it works holistically
Energy anatomy
Placements for I & II (Attunements)
Reiki II symbols
The complete session protocol for yourself and others
Working with space, objects and every day use
Sending Reiki at a distance or virtually
Practice time for yourself and working on others in the group
This training is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. People of all backgrounds are welcome, healthcare and wellness professionals are encouraged to join in to develop more integrative practices. Class fee includes all materials including a 178 page class manual, supplemental materials, a certificate of completion backed by The International Center for Reiki Training® and The Reiki Membership Association®, on-going mentorship, and invitations to private events.
