I was born in the Philippines, where I was introduced early on to traditional medicine and eastern massage practices. These formative experiences continue to shape my holistic approach to care.   • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system, which plays a key role in immune function and detoxification. Unlike deep tissue or Swedish massage, MLD uses light, precise strokes to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping reduce swelling, inflammation, and sluggishness. It’s especially supportive after surgery, during times of low immunity, or when you feel bloated or energetically heavy.

  • Thai massage is often called "lazy yoga" because it blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and breathwork. Sessions are done fully clothed on a floor mat, and your body will be guided through passive stretches while applying pressure along energy lines. It’s ideal for improving flexibility, circulation, and relieving muscular tension—especially if you’re feeling stiff, burnt out, or emotionally off-balance.

  • Reiki adds an energetic layer of healing to the sessions by supporting the body’s subtle energies. It can be integrated with massage or Thai work, helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
