My approach is deeply rooted in my diverse heritage as a first-generation Dominican-Filipina-American, as well as my own transformative journey through anxiety, autoimmune conditions, and other challenges.

With over two decades of immersion in indigenous and diasporic spiritual traditions, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and inquisitive perspective to my wellness practice. As a certified Reiki master, sound therapy practitioner, and Akashic Records reader, I blend these heart-centered healing modalities to guide you back to your own intuitive wisdom.

Before embracing my calling as a healer, I worked in finance and arts administration. Most recently, I served as the Wellness Coordinator at a New York City public school. Now, I'm joyfully based in Astoria, Queens with my partner and child.

• What happens during the Akashic Record reading portion of the session?

  In the first part, we'll open your Akashic Records, a record of your soul's journey. Your spirit team offers insights on current situations you're facing. It's a co-created conversation, so come prepared with questions or themes you want to explore. We'll delve into the root causes and receive guidance on overcoming obstacles.

• What kind of energy work is included in the session?

  The second part involves a customized energy healing experience using Reiki and sound therapy. Depending on what arises during the session, additional healing arts may be incorporated, like Karuna Reiki chants, light language, or even craniosacral work.

• Is this session right for me?

  This session is ideal if you're on a path of self-discovery, noticing intuitive nudges, seeking clarity on life challenges, or open to reclaiming your power. However, it's not for you if you prefer someone telling you what to do, aren't curious about yourself, or want to access another person's Akashic Records.
