Sound has been used for healing and relaxation in cultures around the world for thousands of years. Today, practices such as sound baths, singing bowls, tuning forks, and calming music are gaining popularity. While research is still exploring the full effects of sound and frequency on the body, many people report feeling more relaxed, focused, and balanced after sound-based therapies. Sound can be a powerful tool for supporting mental and emotional wellness.
Led by: Candice White-Parker, our in-house holistic health coach expert and Ben Brown, our in-house massage therapist and sound healing practitioner to learn hands-on skills for playing Himalayan singing bowls and crafting a personal deep listening experience. Light refreshments will be served.
